Mug artwork is inkjet printed, using special dye-sublimation inks and transfer paper. After printing, the transfer paper is wrapped around the mug. The image then transferred onto the mug making it become part of the mug.

RETURNS: The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a weeks time. All items packages are marked with a return address, so that if the package is returned for any reason (damaged, etc.) we will process the order 1-2 business days after we receive it.

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED: First check your shipping confirmation. If you have entered the incorrect address, though we will be happy to send you another order, it will have to be at your expense.
